Sharon Wawire is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and serves as an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Conveyancing Department. She possesses extensive experience in a broad spectrum of practice areas, including Banking and Finance, Conveyancing, Real Estate, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Transactions and Commercial Litigation.

Her professional experience encompasses the perfection of securities, having acted for various banks and financial institutions in the review, preparation, and perfection of loan and security documentation. In this capacity, she has handled the registration and enforcement of diverse security instruments and ensured compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Sharon is well-versed in complex property and land related transactions, including the registration of Base Transceiver Stations lease agreements, transfers of property, and the processing and issuance of title deeds pursuant to allotment letters. Her expertise also extends to change of user applications, extension and renewal of leases, reconstruction of lost or missing deed files, and other ancillary land administration processes. Additionally, she has represented and advised property developers, corporate entities, private individuals and companies in a wide range of real estate transactions, including land acquisition and disposal, subdivision, amalgamation, and related due diligence processes.

Her practice is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, a sound understanding of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to safeguarding clients’ commercial and proprietary interests.
